You Won’t Believe Why Rush Limbaugh Left His Show

Rush Limbaugh has been the Godfather of conservative media since his radio program went on the air in 1988.

But this year has been the most difficult of Rush’s life.

And you won’t believe why Rush Limbaugh left his show.

On Friday Rush Limbaugh left his radio show early because of illness.

“BREAKING: Rush Limbaugh leaves show early today due to illness. WSB Radio’s Erick Erickson fills in,” WSB radio in Atlanta reported on social media.

All Americans are praying for Limbaugh’s recovery and for his swift return.

Limbaugh’s cutting his show short came less than two weeks after Limbaugh told his listeners that his lung cancer was terminal.

“Stage 4 is, as they say, terminal,” Limbaugh told his audience, “I never thought I would see October 1st. I never thought I would. When October 1st hit on the calendar this year, I reminded myself of that — of that thought.”

Limbaugh added that he no longer felt like he was living under a death sentence and that he could accept the fact that everyone will eventually die.

“And at some point you can decide, you know, this medication may be working, but I hate the way I feel every day. I’m not there yet. But it is part and parcel of this. It’s tough to realize that the days where I do not think I’m under a death sentence are over. Now, we all are, is the point. We all know that we’re going to die at some point, but when you have a terminal disease diagnosis that has a time frame to it, then that puts a different psychological and even physical awareness to it,” Limbaugh stated.

Rush Limbaugh originated the conservative media.

Limbaugh taking his radio show national on August 1, 1988 opened the door for outlets like Fox News and the subsequent conservative media websites.

Because of the conservative media, Americans learned the truth about the Russian collusion hoax and how Barack Obama’s allies built the foundation of their coup to remove President Trump from office on this baseless conspiracy theory.

Without conservative media, Americans would only receive information on the coronavirus pandemic that fit the fake news media’s pro-lockdown, panic porn agenda designed to scare Americans into voting Donald Trump out of office.

These acts of journalism – far greater than anything in the fake news media that peddled lies about Russian collusion, Russian bounties and a host of other anti-Trump conspiracy theories has produced in generations – were only possible because Rush Limbaugh proved there was a massive and captive audience for media outlets that challenged the fake news media’s pro-Democrat Party narrative.

That makes Rush Limbaugh one of the most important media figures in American history.
