Donald Trump intends to see his legal challenges through to the end.
That means his case will end up before the Supreme Court.
And Clarence Thomas could hit Joe Biden with a defeat that will have all hell breaking loose.
As Black Eye Politics reports:
In Pennsylvania, Barack Obama appointee U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann threw out President Trump’s lawsuit to stop the state from certifying the vote that shows Joe Biden winning the state’s 20 Electoral College votes.
Judge Brann claimed that the President’s lawsuits “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations … unsupported by evidence.”
“In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state,” Brann added. “Our people, laws, and institutions demand more.”
President Trump’s lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis dismissed Brann’s ruling as some kind of defeat.
Instead, the President’s lawyers issued a statement telling supporters that Brann’s ruling just allowed them to make their case in the Supreme Court sooner.
“Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock,” Ellis and Giuliani wrote.
The President’s lawyers also ripped Judge Brann for not allowing them to present their evidence in court and make their case.
“This is just an extension of the Big Tech, Big Media, Corrupt Democrat censorship of damning facts the American public needs to know,” the President’s lawyers added.
President Trump’s legal team claimed the election authorities in Pennsylvania violated the equal protection clause in the Constitution because the state did not have uniform standards to inform voters as to how they could “cure”—meaning correct any signature or address issues—with their ballots.
The President’s lawyers also alleged election authorities violated the equal protection clause by denying Republican monitors the right to observe the vote count.
President Trump and his team will appeal this decision.
The next step, in this case, is the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
No matter what happens there this case will then wind up before the Supreme Court.
Democrats falsely claim President Trump is trying to “steal” the election.
This lie is amplified every day in the fake news media by Trump-hating and pro-Democrat Party activists pretending they are “journalists.”
President Trump and many of his supporters counter that the election was already stolen by the Democrats and that the President is only protecting the integrity of the vote by ensuring that only legal ballots were cast.
