Barack Obama May Be About to Replace This Justice on the Supreme Court

Most Americans figured Barack Obama’s career in politics was over after he left the White House.

They thought wrong.

And now Barack Obama may be about to replace this Justice on the Supreme Court.

Joe Biden has been running on his Obama record, he’s got nothing else to run on.

It’s a weak case to want to go back to the economic collapse, government failures and multiple scandals that marked the Obama years.

But for many in the Democratic Party, it’s an appealing option for many Democrats who are uncomfortable with the insane radicalization that has taken over the party.

But while Joe Biden is making the pitch that his presidency would be a return to the Obama years, he has a huge problem.

He doesn’t manage to project the same veneer of competency that Obama had.

Obama hid some huge scandals because of his charismatic personality.

Biden, in contrast, often makes mistakes with unfortunate remarks, makes women uncomfortable with his physical affection, and appears to have growing memory problems.

Biden wants voters to be thinking about Obama and not him.

Which is why he desperately needs Obama to endorse him.

But Obama doesn’t seem to have any plans to endorse his former Vice President unless he wins the nomination.

So Joe Biden is attempting to sweeten the deal.

He just offered to make Obama a Supreme Court justice.

According to the Daily Wire:

If elected president, Biden says he’ll consider nominating Obama to the Supreme Court.

“Biden [was] asked here in Washington, Iowa, if he would ever nominate former President Obama to serve on the Supreme Court. ‘If he’d take it, yes,’” Wall Street Journal reporter Ken Thomas wrote on Twitter.

New York Times reporter Thomas Kaplan also said Biden expressed a desire to see Obama on the high court.

“Biden, in Washington, Iowa, is asked if he would nominate Obama to the Supreme Court. ‘If he’d take it, yes,’ Biden says,” he wrote.

Obama was once a lawyer, but he’s given all that up after serving two terms as president.

“President Obama graduated from Harvard Law School in 1991 and was admitted as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of Illinois on Dec. 17, 1991,” reports. “Prior to being elected to the Illinois state Senate in 1996, he worked as a civil rights lawyer at the firm formerly known as Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Four days after Obama announced that he would run for president in February 2007, he voluntarily elected to have his law license placed on ‘inactive’ status, according to Grogan. Then, after becoming president, he elected to change his status to ‘retired’ in February 2009.”

Biden has tried to claim that he asked Obama not to endorse him because he wanted to win the nomination on his own merits.

The truth is probably that Obama has picked out another candidate that he is favoring to win the primary but maybe he’ll be swayed by Biden’s generous offer.
