The 2020 Presidential Election is like no other in American history.
Donald Trump and his administration are trying to manage crises on multiple fronts at the same time the President trying to win a second term.
And all hell broke loose when Mike Pence was confronted about this one question.
As Black Eye Politics reports:
Racial unrest and riots sparked by the death of George Floyd consumed America for weeks.
The Black Lives Matter political movement seized on the turmoil to morph into the most powerful political force in America.
But unlike some RINO traitors like Mitt Romney, Vice President Mike Pence refused to utter Black Lives Matter catchphrases embracing their agenda.
In an interview on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Pence resisted host John Dickerson’s pressure to say the phrase “black lives matter” because Pence stated his faith only allowed him to consider the idea that all lives were equal in the eyes of God.
“And as a pro-life American, I also believe that all life matters, born and unborn,” Pence told Dickerson. “But what I see in the leaders of the black lives matter movement is a political agenda of the radical left that would defund the police…”
Pence said he rejected uttering Black Lives Matter’s signature phrase because the group endorsed a radical political agenda that supported destroying the nuclear family, tearing down monuments, paying reparations for slavery, and defunding the police.
“That would tear down monuments, that would press a radical left agenda and support calls for the kind of violence that has beset the very communities that they say that they’re advocating for,” Pence added.
Pence explained that the best way to show that black lives matter is to support policies that make black communities safer.
“I’ve literally met with African American leaders around this country, and in the national capital area, who made it clear to us they want law and order, they want peace in our streets,” Pence declared.
Pence’s interview with CBS comes at a perilous time for the President and his re-election campaign.
Polls show Joe Biden holding a lead in both national and battleground state polls.
The President needs to shake up the race to reset the trajectory back toward one pointing towards victory.
There are always rumors floating that the President should drop Pence from the ticket and replace him with RINO former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley in a bid to win back suburban women.
Had Pence caved to the fake news media demands to endorse Black Lives Matter, it would have further depressed the President’s support with his core base of voters.
A further slip in the polls may have given the President no choice but to consider changing up the ticket just four months before the election.
